Payment Policy

To secure your booking for contracted services, an initial advance payment is required. The balance can be settled before your departure from your home country, upon arrival at your designated location in India, or prior to the commencement of your India tour trip. The exact advance payment will depend on the nature of services and the time remaining until the trip begins.

For certain services, such as special train journeys or bookings during peak seasons like Christmas and New Year, full advance payment is mandatory.

Payment options upon arrival in India include:

• Currency notes
• Traveler's checks
• AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard

Please note that for credit card payments, a bank surcharge of 3-4% will be added to the total amount.

Important Notes:

• All payments must be made without withholding tax or deductions.
• Any bank charges incurred during the payment process are the responsibility of the payer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your holiday trip in India, notify us in writing. Cancellation charges apply from the date we receive your notice. The charges are as follows:

• More than 60 days before departure: 10% of the trip price
• 30 to 22 days before departure: 25% of the trip price
• 21 to 8 days before departure: 50% of the trip price
• 7 to 3 days before departure: 75% of the trip price
• Less than 3 days before departure or after departure: 100% of the trip price

• Cancellation charges for land portions range from 10% to 15%, depending on the services reserved.

Refunds for unused services will be processed within 2 to 4 weeks. Any associated bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are issued to the individual who made the original payment.

• If there are increases in government taxes, monument entrance fees, or fuel costs, these additional costs will be passed on to you.
• Rates quoted are based on negotiated terms with service providers and may be adjusted if providers modify their rates.

Exclusions of Liability: Top India Trips is not responsible for delays, alterations, or expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political closures, transport disruptions, or other uncontrollable events. Additionally, we do not provide insurance coverage for accidents, illnesses, or theft. Visitors are advised to arrange suitable insurance in their home countries.

Arrival and Departure Policy

• Check-in time: Between 1400 and 1500 hours
• Check-out time: Between 1000 and 1200 hours

Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. For guaranteed early check-in, consider booking the room for the previous night.
